Extraordinary Ability/Outstanding Professor or Researcher/National Interest Waivers

Work Visas for Priority Workers

Texas Attorney Experienced in EB1, EB2 and O1 Visas

Individuals whose unusual knowledge or skills give them preferential status for permanent immigration may still face serious legal obstacles to entering the United States. Our immigration law practice, located in Richardson, Texas, has a record of success in obtaining National Interest Waiver visas (EB2), extraordinary ability, and outstanding researcher immigrant visas (EB1), as well as non-immigrant extraordinary ability visas (O1) for clients.

The Law Offices of Frank G. Pearce counsels researchers, scientists, scholars, physicians and other professionals on the type of visa that will best meet their needs and, if desired, lead to a green card (permanent resident status). We coordinate with sponsoring businesses, universities and organizations and work closely with clients to present their immigration application in the most favorable light, increasing their chances of success. Extraordinary Ability Visa

The EB1 permanent work visa gives priority immigration status to individuals with extraordinary ability or achievements in science, art, education, business or athletics. We assist in demonstrating employment contracts or letters of acceptance from prospective U.S. employers including companies, universities and professional athletic teams. Applicants also must be nationally or internationally acclaimed or present evidence of past awards, honors, published materials or other public recognition in their field.

The O1 temporary work visa (non-immigrant visa) enables a person with extraordinary talents to reside and work in the U.S. The criteria are nearly identical to those for the EB1, except that the job the person is accepting need not require extraordinary ability. We assist clients in the verification and submission processes, as well as annual renewals after the three-year expiration of their initial visa.

Outstanding Professors and Researchers Visa

Outstanding professors and researchers are exempt from labor certification by documenting that the professor or researcher has achieved international recognition as outstanding in his/her field. The Law Office of Frank G. Pearce has extensive experience in this area and has assisted numerous professors and researchers both in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and nationwide.

National Interest Waiver

A waiver of the requirement of a labor certification in the U.S. national interest is an effective way for many individuals to achieve permanent residence. We have successfully represented individuals throughout the U.S. in demonstrating that they qualify for a National Interest Waiver.

The Law Office of Frank G. Pearce has an established reputation of success in extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, and national interest applications. Contact our Richardson law firm at (972) 690-0366 to discuss your case.
